Rhythmic breathing with head fully submerged; object retrieval; level off from vertical position; orientation to deep water; enter pool in 5ft area feet first; combined kick and arm movement, freestyle and backstroke; introduce breaststroke and dolphin kick.

Freestyle and backstroke 50 yards; tread water; standing dive from side of pool; underwater swimming; open turn front and back; introduce breaststroke pullout and pull/kick together; introduce butterfly pull/kick together.
