Sounds like a silly question right? Who doesn’t want to play better golf? Unfortunately, so many golfers spend precious time, energy, and resources chasing the quick fixes, fads, and marketing gimmicks that are prevelant today.
The hard truth is that real improvement is a process with many aspects. Golf is the ultimate metaphor for life. Your journey will have peaks and valleys like everything else we live with! There is not one clear cut method to playing better, our Teaching Professionals understand this, we will be sure to understand your goals, diagnose your issues, and help you create a long term plan for improvement.
Twin Lakes offers individual instruction, club fitting, clinics, as well as a robust offering of junior and ladies instruction. We are honored to serve our Veteran Community as a PGA Hope program facility.

Meet Our Professionals
Jeff Coble
PGA Director of Golf
Jeff has served as our Director of Golf since 2005 and has over 30 years of teaching experience. In this time, Jeff has seen the explosion of technology in golf instruction and fully utilizes tools such as V1 swing video, BodiTrack force mat, and Foresight launch monitors to assist students. Jeff teaches all levels of players.
Kelly Kuhlman
PGA / LPGA Instructor
Kelly has over 20 years of teaching experience. She is a winner of the Michigan PGA Section Junior Development Award and is tireless in her promotion of junior golf. Kelly teaches all levels of players, she specifically directs all of Twin Lakes’ PGA Junior leagues, Junior camps, and clinics, as well as all our Ladies Programs.
Larry Hamilton
PGA Instructor
Larry grew up in Dearborn, Michigan and graduated from Western Michigan University. After graduation he started traveling the country to work with and learn from some of the nation’s top coaches and teachers. Larry has had the privilege to have worked for several of the worlds top instructors including Bob Toski, Mike Adams, Gale Peterson, Geoff Mangum, Chris Welch and Jack Lumpkin. Larry also credits his time working at the Golf Digest Instructional School in Sea Island, GA as an important piece of his educational development. Larry is able to help players of all ability levels including some of the state’s top amateurs and juniors. Larry is also currently the Head Women’s Golf Coach at Wayne State University.
Chris Jain
Assistant Golf Professional
Chris has been a vital part of the golf operation at Twin Lakes Golf & Swim Club for fifteen years. A graduate of the Golf Academy of America, he is a talented instructor and specializes in junior and middle school aged player development. Chris has mentored many of our young players at Twin as well lead the Boys JV Golf Program at Stoney Creek High School as the Head Coach.

Facilities
With over 6 acres of practice area, double ended range, state of the art AstroTurf Tee Line, 2 expansive putting and short game areas, and a 70 yard wedge range, you have all the tools to work on your game. We also offer 2 Foresight Simulation Bays for use during the winter season.

Our professional staff have almost 100 combined years of teaching experience. Our staff continues to learn through multiple accreditation programs and have been recoginized as PGA Section and National Award Winners!
